Presentation
Design.

How we present may have changed, but the desire to connect is still at the core of any good presentation.

Together we’'ll create engaging materials to capture your audience and share your message.

Multitasking presentation example

Break up the Conversation.

We kicked off an early morning meeting with a fun activity capturing everyone’s attention and highlighting how hard multi-tasking really is before diving into the nitty-gritty.

Exercise:
With 30 seconds on the clock, see how far you can get through the writing A,B,C…. and 1,2,3…. by going back and forth. Then try it again, but this time write all of your A,B,C’s first and then your 1,2,3’s up to the number 26.

Know your Audience.

As we develop your presentation our key concern is audience. Here the client was looking to present a new procedure they were implementing. We worked with them to streamline content providing a series of slides that anyone could utilize. The final design is flexible to present to a large group or one-on-one with new hires.

Ask Questions.

An easy way to engage your audience is to ask questions bringing them into the conversation. A back-and-forth converstation works when you’re in small groups or meetings; however in today’s business climate many presentations are given digitally or in front of large audiences. We can work with you to utilize software such as surveygizmo or surveymonkey to engage your audience in a whole new way.
